So, the server has been up for 3 days now. We have all (pretty much) played on it for a decent amount of time, we have all built things and either made our own houses or moved in with eachother. Since we have been playing and getting a feel for the version (Alpha v1.2.6) I am wondering the communities opinions on the version. I am somewhat content with the version. My only complaints are: Invisible Armor. That's about it. What are your thoughts?

I think maybe we should slowly but surely update minecraft (if possible) to follow the update chain that old school minecrafters did.
Up until a certain point, like beta 1.8.1

Well, we need to do something. There is a mine-cart that I had to bury because I could not break it for whatever reason.

I think if it does get updated, then it shouldn't go past Beta 1.7, the update where pistons were added. Any further, and it becomes too close to the current minecraft versions, with rotten flesh, cooked food. Mainly because it was such a massive update.

1.1.2_01 if you can fix the bugs in it If not I suggest you to take 1.2.6 since its the most popular version of the alpha series + it's easier to make ADS that way.
