Not sure if this is even possible, but depending on the version of the server, we could possibly find some old school bukkit plugins that have been discontinued, just to remember how cool they once were.

This is a great idea. Another question that could apply to this is shall we run the server on the newest Minecraft version or an older one? Obviously and older version would be unstable but the nostalgia would be greater.

I've been testing. I'm not added in currently, but I've played older versions with my friend. Multiplayer survival doesn't work until 1.2.0, the Halloween update. It removes the bright grass, but I have something that fixes that. The versions below have broken survival. You can't loose health. I know that the EARLY stages of the Minecraft servers, in the 1.0.(2 Numbers) stages like 1.0.10, you can take damage, but there's no day and night cycle, no arm swinging, and no bad mobs. I also thought Bukkit was made during the "Beta Era"?
